DMCA Copyright Policy for Avec Ou Sans Cash

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed: Identify the specific URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Avec Ou Sans Cash may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA infringement notice. If we do not receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system within 10-14 business days of our receipt of your counter-notification, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the removed material.
